The spaces between the visual arts and creative writing have never been more blurred or exciting.
Mary J. Oliver and Alessandra Ausenda offer a genre-busting workshop for those who want to make a work of art out of archival material they have in their attic, but can’t decide what form it should take. They will draw on their recent writing and visual work, to inspire you to push the boundaries of accepted genres in the search for a unique presentation of your story.
Note for Workshop Participants: You will be required to bring a selection of archive materials, personal letters / photographs / newspaper reports / images, to use as starting points.
Although this workshop has been funded to provide refreshments, participants are kindly asked to bring their own lunch.
