And Here's More...

Skills Development Sessions

With a finger on the pulse of Cornwall’s creative community and an address book packed with specialist contacts, we’re experienced at creating workshops and training sessions that make a real difference. What we cover in these sessions could be anything from podcasting to copywriting to building websites. We listen to all the creative businesses we’re working with to shape an events programme that’s responsive to your needs

Inclusion and Innovation

Led by our friends at Real Ideas, our Inclusion and Innovation programme transforms diversity from an obligation to an opportunity. This exciting programme was piloted at the end of the first phase of Cultivator and proved immediately popular, offering businesses fresh ideas on important questions around diversity and inclusivity. The programme is delivered through a series of monthly webinars with expert speakers and panellists

Inclusion & Innovation also helps businesses to rethink their recruitment practices, unlocking the door to a wealth of talented applicants who may have felt excluded or intimidated by lengthy application forms and traditional job interviews.

Creative Export Programme

Delivered through a series of three workshops, you’ll learn whether your business is ready to export, and work with experienced international trade advisors to put together an export action plan. The workshops will show you that exporting doesn’t have to be difficult and will cover everything from tariffs and visas to making your website work for key overseas market. Once you have completed the workshops you will be able to apply for a one-off export development grant to enable you to investigate your export potential.
