Our team of advisors has in-depth understanding of different segments of the creative sector, as well as the knowledge and experience of how to make things work.
All Cultivator clients are eligible for one-to-one time with our specialist advisors, some may be eligible for (and require) more time than others. You will be informed who your advisor is after you have completed the sign-up process and they will be your key point of contact on your Cultivator journey.
No one knows your business or practice better than you, but our advisors are here to help you review your business, sound out new ideas and identify what you may need to grow, all in a highly confidential environment. Our support is flexible and will be responsive to the nature of your work and needs as a business.
Your advisor also acts as your navigator through the Cultivator programme. They can suggest different elements of Cultivator programme that may be suitable to you, guide you through making any applications, and inform you when suitable skills or networking events and other opportunities are available.
All Cultivator clients will be eligible for at least two one-to-one sessions (up to two hours each) with an advisor. These could happen face-to-face, on the phone or via Skype/Zoom. The content of the sessions could include:
Based on the experiences and skills of your advisor, they might be able to help you with other elements of your business at their discretion.
Following your completion of the sign-up process, we will assign you the most appropriate advisor. Your advisor may change through the programme if your business evolves. Your advisor may also bring in support from other advisors and experts if they feel you need additional support in some areas.
